Our story begins with Mozart.
Mozart passed away two years ago, and his emergency care was hindered by inaccessible medical records. This left his family with feelings of frustration and powerlessness.
This is one of many stories we learned from our stakeholder consultations.
What we heard

- Organization is lacking on both owner and clinic sides — causing delays and avoidable errors (like in Mozart’s case).
